When I rang in an emergency and was already turned away from another mechanic in the area, Nic went out of his way to book me in for an urgent inspection and service. Nic wasn't hesitant at all to help out, he understood the need for urgency. He was very thorough and even educated me on some things that I wasn't aware of. He was a life saver for me in this situation, as otherwise the results could have been worse if I had driven the car any longer without an inspection and service.
