We recently moved our internet over to MelbourneISP from Telstra ADSL because the connection was terrible. Our staff are online all day and ADSL was causing us all sorts of trouble trouble. We now have insanely fast internet (we got the 100mps package) and the difference is game changing. All our staff are able to get more done, we don't have our hourly ADSL upload limiter drop outs, and we can now let everyone stream music, and connect their phones again.If your looking for a internet solution in the West and you need more than what ADSL can offer, I highly recommend MelbourneISP.

Signed up on the website 2 weeks ago and sent multiple emails about my order and have heard nothing at all about it. No response ... Not sure what's going on there but not great customer service.
