The team was AMAZING! They went above and beyond with the cleaning of our new apartment.Our realestate left it in such a state before us moving in - mould on windows, grime everywhere - and our team made the apartment look brand new!Super professional, friendly and absolutely incredible - will 100% use you guys next time we need a cleaner!

We used Simply Maid for our exit clean for a rental property. The team were great. On time and the cleaning completed was fantastic. I'm now considering using them on a regular basis for my new property.

After a 6 week break from cleaning services due to travel we had a new team arrive which we weren't happy about because we had to explain everything again together with a new tour of the house, but it turned out they were our best yet. Other teams have been very good, although we are not always happy to see changes in them - probably because of new strangers being in our home - but this one was a 10/10 and we have asked for them to be regulars. Based on experiences with Simply Maid over the last six months or so, I'm happy to endorse them if you are looking to change service providers.

Simply Maid are really awesome. The process has been really good right through from quote to when our excellent cleaner, Natalie, came over for our first clean....and every clean since! It took the awkwardness out of that whole first engagement of a cleaner and if Natalie’s excellent work is anything to go by - they def know how to pick good people.Highly recommend!

I got 5 quotes before deciding which company to go with. Simply maid were the cheapest, and all their employees have police checks and are covered by insurance. They listened to me, made specific recommendations to suit my needs and keep the cost as low as possible and were incredibly patient with me!! And then the cleaner came. Neither myself nor my partner have ever had a cleaner before and we were skeptical. The only reason we needed to get one now was because of a medical condition I have that is decreasing my mobility. The cleaner they sent was polite, efficient, and did a better job of cleaning than we could ever do ourselves!!! He took so much care and pride in his work - he was phenomenal!!! Best investment we could have ever made!!! I cannot recommend Simply Maid enough - and words cannot express our appreciation for their dedication and compassion. You will not regret choosing them for your cleaning and inviting them into your home!!!
