My mum and I recently joined the F45 family in Cecil Hills to spice up our training and we've loved everyday so far. The trainers are so accommodating and helpful. Would recommend for anyone of any age or fitness level.

This gym is amazing and well worth it! The staff here are very friendly and will push you to your limits no matter what your goals are. If you hate spending hours in the gym and not sure what to exercise then this place is great because you can go in and everything is set out for you so you don't have to think. Its a quick 45 mins in and out and you're done for the day! Great vibes and heaps of energy! Definitely recommend

I've trained at various indoor and outdoor gyms and this one is by far the best place where you not only train for fitness and health, you are also welcomed as part of the family. It has become my daily reminder of what I'm capable of and the support I have from those around me. Highly recommended if you're looking for inclusion and support.

I started F45 last year not knowing a thing about fitness, the gym was not working for me and I was lacking motivation! The team at F45 helped changed all that around. They are such an amazing team! My fitness levels has changed so much from last year and just feeling amazing in my own body after every class. Can't thank the team enough for this change.

Recently just joined to break away from the normal gym. I have been very satisfied with the switch and I'm seeing better results than before. Awesome crew that will push you to the limits to get results you need. Highly recommend the trainers here.
