Pavi was wonderful, helpful, patient with my sister and I, we were in the store for quite a while and she showed us many different styles and options. Customer service was outstanding and prices too.

Bought a lovely necklace for a friend overseas. The clerks on hand were perfectly helpful in assisting me to locate exactly what I'd asked for. I'm a little bit daunted by the number of negative reviews, but my initial experience was perfectly fine. Here's hoping the product quality is truly of high standard and remains that way.

My experience at Zamels in Liverpool today was fantastic. I was served by Tessa and she was very helpful with helping me to find the right bracelet for my 2yo. But what really touched me was that Tessa noticed that my daughter had some bad mozzie bites on her, so she went and got a special cream from her own belongings, and applied it to my girl then gave me the name of the cream. It worked for my daughter for the whole day. I was really touched. But she's also very good at her job and I appreciate all her help and the good quality bracelet I bought. My daughter and I love it. Thank you so much Tessa!!!!!! And Zamels Liverpool!!!!!

Was about to walk out today, the girl serving me first was so rude! Brushed me off when her family walked in to talk to them instead of serving me.Then Pavi came out and went above and beyond to serve me. Helped me fined the perfect solid gold chain and pendant I was looking for, for my son. Just ask for Pavi and don't waste your time in there.
