Purchased a used Ramco 5000 from Glen and his explanation and advise was second to none. I purchased the 2 year old craft in October 2019, knowing I would not have usage until early 2020. I gave him 2 jobs I required done b4 I took delivery, the first being an electric winch and the second a tow cover with specific requests. His understanding of what I (the client) wanted and the thought process he put into these two jobs was sensational. I hope he can somehow link the photos to this post so you can see what a person can do, if they have the knowledge and quality trades at hand. I have given the boat a terrific workout and everything he told me about the craft and his enhancements are spot on.Well done Glen.

I've been dealing with this company for over 3 years now, always professional, great products and service. A company I'm proud to have in my Network.

Unfortunately I had a pretty fruitless initial encounter with this business.Rang up, no answer. Rang back still no answer, left a concise voice message and never had a reply.Next I drove down there about lunchtime on a weekday, there was nobody onsite and no notice of absence or explanation posted on the front entrance. Spoke to someone adjacent in a seperate business that said the operated was at a expo. Tried calling back again , still no answer.Not poor but zero customer service.

Booked in for annual maintenance including service, new trailer lights and redistribution weight/ wheel guards. Over $1200 and upon pick up I was told you need to get yourself and New boat and trailer otherwise you will be sinking money in to it. Took it away on the weekend, oil leaking everywhere, one trailer guard completely fell off and the other half off. Upon contacting to request they fix the issues to honour their work, I was told I told you it is old and not worth fixing. I can make up new plates but it isn't worth it. Never had these issues before and was left feeling ripped off, frustrated and disappointed. I know the boat and trailer are older but if he really thought it wasn't worth it, I should have been told this prior to being charged the monies!

Lonsdale marine supply amazing good quality serivce aswell as the products and installation are 10/10. Highly recommend.
