Doctor Fari has exceptional skills with working with young children, she’s approachable and follows children's cues in assessing their health worries. I have had my children to her several times over the past few weeks and they were so comfortable and her service was exceptional. I would highly recommend her!

I have been diagnosed with covid and being over 70 with diabetes and trying to get antiviral medication from my gp Dr. Opie chamil has been a nightmare, I am in to day four and even though I have asked my gp to send a prescription to chemist she hadn't done so even though I have made several requests.

I have recently begun using AHCT after switching from another local practice. Access Health is SO much better. They see me at the time of my appointment (the other place I would be lucky if I was seen within an hour of my appointment). Their medical advice and treatment is sound (again, the other place was highly questionable). They treat you like a person and with respect. I wish I made the switch a long time ago. But very glad to be here now

Dr. Fari is a very nice and wonderful woman, extremely helpful & courteous. She had fit my wife in for an appointment and made sure our problem was heard and solved before the weekend. If your are wanting a good doctor long term I would recommend Dr. Fari as she is one of the best doctors I have seen for a long time. She listens and diagnoses thoroughly which many doctors don’t so these days. She is more than just swiping a Medicare card, giving a prescription and getting the patient out quickly to see the next patient. She is an asset to her practice.

Happy with Doctor, but not receptions staff. The Doctor I have been seeing here for 2 years is very good, and this is why Access gets 2 stars, otherwise it would be Zero! The receptionist is very uninformed, and keeps changing her explanation to me. For 2 years I have been bulk billed, and they now say that bulk billing me has stopped, saying it is up to the Doctor, and the Doctor can pick and choose who to bulk bill. I was not notified of this change. They have sent me 2 invoices with the same date, same number, and both have different amounts.....to me, this is very incompetent. This same receptionist also told me that I could not make another booking to see a Doctor until the bill was paid. I was waiting for results from Pathology and these results were not good. Where is the duty of care here? I have been too sick to worry about bills and the way I have been treated is unacceptable. I will also add that I suffer from a very serious disease, and I do not need this added stress. I now have to shop around for another GP.

I'm someone with a few screws loose mental health wise but I've never felt so understood, accepted, and heard than I did at this facility.I was walked through every step by an earnest and informed receptionist named Ella, who when needing to confirm something, didn't posture an ego, instead, had the maturity to ask another administrator by the name of Maria - I saw this as genuine interest as how to best help me, the patient.Maria was considerate and thorough in her advice and it just resonated a good wavelength from the staff being on the same page and there for the people and from my previous experiences, without naming names - but the negligence and aggression in the medical industry is truly on display when you have mental illnesses like I do but no, not here.I saw Dr Anusha, who jumped up and took me due to my original doctor being busy (my fault for being late, not theirs at all)Yet this was done so I didn't have to wait so long. She asked me questions, respected my answers, and showed genuine care and exceptional professional range on the topics discussed in a calm and warm tone. You know what this does?Especially for a patient who struggles, to even look people in the eye without shaking like I do?It builds a rapport, and a sense of trust. And you know what that does for us patients?Makes us want to be as open, honest, and friendly as possible - which lets us get the treatment we need, in addition to yielding the respect these hard working individuals deserve. If that's not the goal of our medical industry? Then I don't know what is.But it was as heart warming as it was sad, to have felt more heard with my 15 minutes with her?Than in my 2 decades at my old practice, a place I'd grown up in and knew some of the doctors from when I was just a child, the same people who missed so many easily identified conditions until countless specialist visits later, but, I digress, yet I wanted to emphasize the catharsis I felt today. So for any who are being mistreated in the local practice and are trying to find the courage to receive the human decency you know you deserve? Or just plain want to go to the best and skip the rest? You'll find it here.So for whatever it's worth, to anyone reading, be it people browsing for a new GP or the staff I mentioned today?I, we, are privileged to attend this practice.Lest we forget how many places in the world have no such medical access, and remember the plague of those that do, yet are run by staff who see you as a $ Infusion to be dismissed as soon as possible, not a human being to be helped. And I haven't given such a glowing review to this industry since first seeing the psychiatric practice of Charles Ajoy Estibeiro.Thank you for taking me as a patient, I no longer dread doctor appointments, you're all legends XD

I’ve been going to Access Healthcare in Tuncurry for years now, first under the incredible Dr El Masry (absolutely awesome) & now more regularly with their new Dr Furyal Moughal, both of which are definitely in the industry they’re meant to be in. Dr Moughal was a Dr I visited by default one weekend and was so beyond thorough with me, has been one of the main reasons I’m getting on top of both mental & physical health. She is so versatile in her abilities & genuinely listens/cares. I will continue to go back purely because these two have helped when past gp’s couldn’t be bothered. I’m so grateful to have found them.EDIT: both Doctors have since left since my original review & the inconsistency is the reason I have changed practices

I saw Dr Fari this week on Wednesday for my mum and she sorted out the problem very well. My mother was very happy with Dr Fari because she could speak Hindi and my mother felt it was like home. I will bringing my mum again to Access Health Tuncurry and I highly recommend Dr. Fari to anyone in Tuncurry.

Friend of my wife’s has been seeing a couple drs here and I am absolutely disgusted in her treatment. Being told your not allowed to seek a second opinion because you aren’t happy with the first opinion (and never were to begin with) is absolutely appalling. Clearly trying to cover their own behinds in this place. If you care about your health (that includes your mental health) I would not recommend sending anyone here. There is a few good doctors but good luck if they don’t all go beyond patient doctor confidence and talk about you amongst themselves. Also the receptionists need to learn that conversations are private and having a conversation on the phone shouldn’t include talking about someone like they are below them. This isn’t a very good trait for anyone working in health care. Would give this place 0 stars if it were possible.
