I didnt have a good experience coming here. Wasnt feel welcomed at all. Staffs were just doing their own things and didnt greet and serve me even they didnt have any customers with them at that time. Eventually, a staff stopped by and asked if I need anything. He was busy with his other work so couldnt help me properly with my enquiries. Overall, not a good experience with Lemans Toyota Deer Park.

Worth to wait to get Toyota kluger Hybrid,Amazing experience from entire team of lemans. Specially Sid he is an amazing sales guy. Gave us great service always when I am here.

Asked us to change water pump for $800. Didn't change it as I felt it was scam. Car still running fine. No leakage.

Don’t know why my review has been removed which I posted just two days ago. I brought my wonderful rav4 hybrid into Le Mans Toyota Deer Parks for service in the morning, in the afternoon after their service, was driving just 100m out of their gate, check engine light popped up. My car has never ever had a single one issue in the last 4 years with 120k on it. And just to let you know, I have done 6 services at this place, bought one new Camry from them. So before the incident, they was 5 star in my mind. Now back to the story. I have to walked back to their desk and informed them my car was down, totally dead. That was really made me upset by that time. After about more than 1 hour, they gave me a loan car and kept my car there ( understandable ). Next morning, they called me at 9am to inform that my car was ready. I asked them “ what was wrong”. Answer: “ our technician connected the fuel pipe but it was not tight enough”. Well, to me, as a machinist, that mistake is forgivable. Then I asked them, is there any collateral damages that was caused by leaking petrol. They said: No, it was all good. When I picked my car, full of petrol smell inside, I didn’t bother to complain that anymore because I will never coming back again. I did tried to clean inside but petrol smell still strong. I got the message from manager telling me that he understand that the issue has been sorted out. Well, looks like the owner/ manager really takes care of business, but that is not the case for those under them. I am really appreciated his customer oriented attitude, but their crew makes me find other place. This is my bad luck with this place, it might not be the case with you.
