Sandwich Chefs - Traralgon

Ordered a small roast pork and veg. Polite service and yes they were busy.However. Had to ask for crackling or wouldn't have gotten it, the girl said she forgot.. im thinking this is probably a common practice.No offer of salt and pepper and vegies were not cooked.No choice of either roast spuds or scalloped, was just dished up whatever they had more of.Pumpkin inedible as so under cooked.The pork was perfect though.But $14.90 for a small amount of pork is completely ridiculous.

Food was great,staff seemed like they didn't want to be there but still polite in a food court setting so quite noisy.

Good food, Friendly staff and fast service.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food to be given to another customer, and had to then wait again while they made other people's food before making mine again. If your not able to serve lots of people at once without making mistakes. Don't bother..

Really felt like a sandwich, and not a Subway ‘sandwich’ so after some google searching I settled on this place, and made the effort to drive around the plaza car park 3 times to get a park.Service was friendly enough, but the girl appeared not to take note of anything about my order, which was just a ham cheese and salad sandwich. Halfway through her ‘assembly’, I was starting to regret my decision. There was plenty of fresh ingredients going in - but all into a solid pile in the middle of the bread. An inch of ham, 4 bits of beetroot. A veritable mountain. Pleased with the serving, but it would have been good if the girl had have given a thought to how someone might eat it....Finally, the Mayo. I asked for ‘just a little bit of mayo please’, and got about 6 tablespoons.The girl ‘cut’ the sandwich in ‘half’, and by now I’m well and truly regretting my choice of lunch vendor. Not sure this girl had seen a sandwich before, let alone made one. The knife didn’t cut right through, rather just ripped the bottom piece of bread into a few pieces.I asked for a bottle of water, I never got it. And silly me paid for it and walked off. So for $15, I got a sandwich that turned into a wet-paper-bag-salad after one bite, and I was left scrounging for wet-wipes to clean the mayonnaise off my hands.10/10 for taste. But lucky I was sitting in the car to eat and only had a 10 minute lunch break, otherwise I think I would have been back in there telling them what I thought. I embarrassingly shovelled the bits and pieces of salad from my lap into my mouth and had no time to walk back in and ask for the bottle of water which would have been handy to wash my hands with. I wish I could post a picture of this sandwich so you could have a laugh, dear reader.Not going back. Train your staff. Thanks.

I was disgusted with the service. I was the only customer waiting at the time but they had to finish their conversation before turning to me. I had to ask for crackling and the piece I was given was disgusting and burnt, I requested a better piece and was given a bit that was chewy not crackling also had a huge lump of fat attached to it. Then to top it off, the meat was cold. All in all not something I would recommend

Worse , customer service ever by girl , over charged sandwich with wrong cheese order , no butter in or out and test like hospital food. First time ever I had to say this unfortunately I can’t give less then one star , I would if I had choice.Really in small thing like sandwiches if you need to improve then it’s shame.

Service is terrible... waited 15 minutes while staff ignored customers. Not looking up to see who had arrived when. Kept serving people who came before me. Saw staff filling up the salad bay sections that were already FULL instead of serving. And taking their sweet time with it. No decent customer service. Only one lady was actually recognising the 6 people waiting. Yes I know it's peak busy time but isn't the first time it's happened
