We had an issue with our downpipes continually bursting at the joins when it rains. The team checked each downpipe with their camera equipment and found the issue was in fact due to the storm water pipe on the verge having been crushed/smashed into oblivion. They replaced the affected section, flushed and tested. All in all a thorough job. They kept me appraised all the way, explaining what they were doing and what they’d found, before proceeding to the next area. Very polite team and I’m happy to recommend and will use again.

WARNING! If you’re a contractor that’s been approached or is thinking about dealing with this company, do not trust the word of management in this company, like myself, you will be sorry if you do. I recently worked for Jergins Civil doing some linemarking works. Vaughn agreed to a rate for me to complete a second job on the same day, which although it was a Saturday and I had to work on site until 9pm to complete the second job, simply decided that because I didn’t come in on the Sunday to complete the second job, be simply decided not to pay me the agreed rate of $2850 so didn’t. I tried to call the owner and Vaughn to discuss why but no answer from either person. I was previously warned that they do this to many contractors but because I considered the owner as being my long term friend I didn’t think he would do such a thing to me, I WAS MISTAKEN FOR TRUSTING THESE GUYS. GET PAID IN FULL BEFORE DOING ANY WORK FOR this COMPANY OR YOU RISK NOT BEING PAID AT ALL.THIS IS NOT A HATE REVIEW, it’s simply THE TRUTH WHICH MUST BE EXPOSED TO ALL CONTRACTORS AT RISK OF BECOMING VICTIM TO THE SAME UNDERHANDED GAMES, AS THE MANY BEFORE YOU HAVE.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!The below comment is simply words to try to detract from my simple warning. I’m sure Jirgens employees do great work. This is not about work quality or a slinging match. It’s simply a warning to all South Coast CONTRACTORS regarding payment. If Jirgens do nothing wrong then why comeback at me with more rubbish. Contractors need payment, and correct, on time payment.ITS THAT SIMPLE.PAYMENT UPFRONT.
