Fantastic customer service everyone was so nice & extremely helpful. Great communication made sure they kept me up to date with how long everything was going to take. Very speedy & quick with fixing my appliance aswell. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff and easy to communicate with over the phone which was a big positive for me considering I hate talking over the phone. Found what I needed and organised a time to get the job done. A young guy came on time for the installation and was done when I got home from work. No mess and I am very happy with the service. Thank you!

Do not recommend this place. Poor customer service and it’s honestly cheaper to throw your old appliances out in preference to having them fixed at sapphire city solar and electrical. If I could I would give them no stars. They also don’t mention how much it is for them to look at things with out being fixed then slap you with a big Fee!!!

We most certainly love people to shop local and always strive to give good service to all our customers.We have been extreamly snowed under however, this is no excuse and we do apologies. We are more than happy to come and do a quote for you if you would still like one and I will personal make sure it doesn’t get lost in the chaos.We have been extremely short staffed in the office and with our tradies for a while now as Carolyn has been away getting cancer treatments and its almost impossible to find any qualified tradies as any business will attest to.As far as employing government subsidised office staff although I do not believe we should have to justify our employing choices we have no shame about this. We believe even people with a disability should be given a chance to work and the subsidies allow us to employ these people. They are only able to work short hours and do limited duties to which would not be a viable hiring choice if there was no subsidy. These subsidies are only for a very short period of time anyway. Awesome company and great customer service and knowledge of electrical and solar work.

We bought a new meter box, only to find everything supplied was used, so much so that even one of the breakers were indeed broken. Luckily power from the street was not connected as yet, could have proved to be extremely dangerous.It’s great stuff is being recycled, but when I buy new and pay a premium price for new, I expect to be supplied a new product.Poor effort overall for a local company.I would not recommend Sapphire City Solar at all.......

Apparently they don't want us to shop local.After numerous attempts to contact for a quote and being told I would be contacted, nothing eventuated.I gave up waiting. Then tried to make a booking for a quote.Still nothing.Same story last year when we were wanting an air-conditioning unit replaced.Seems they are more than happy to take government funding to employ office staff.

These guys are awesome! After a few ongoing issues with all of our equipment at KFC including walk in freezer, walk in coolrooms, upright freezers and our two aircon units, we decided to give these guys a call. Initially, before doing any work, the crew came and did a thorough investigation on all equipment, quoted their jobs then worked around us and our business to best suited repair times. All work is completed with priority, in a timely matter with thorough communication and quality. I highly recommend!
