Money hungry. Cant believe they send debt collectors for failure to not vote. I don’t owe you a cent, but now I will pay some fine because I don’t want the stress. You know people have done it tough for years now, I guess you guys need more money for pot plants around the office.

Scam, it hurts to be scammed by a supposedly trusted organisation. What a big scam organisation!!!! They do not send you notification for vote but eager to send you a notice to pay for penalty. Please let me know who should we complain about this. There must be a organisation overseeing this scammers.

They send me fines saying that they've previously sent me notices (they haven't) which miraculously find me once its a fine, not when they're allegedly sending notices. Nice work.

Hard to negate web page put in all my information and got ABCD etc but no information. Phoned had to press to many buttons. Asked which suburb informed them it was a country town but this did not compute repeated many time post code street address ..sorry I can't find it? Hat was last address? Same for fourty years! Repeat repeat repeat spell out name address town. Erh think it's.....really hard to find new electoral seat after redistribution. Why they couldn't just include it with letter they sent informing me of change is beyond me! No K.I.S.S. here

Forcing me to vote in a council that I don’t live in, after I already explained clearly I don’t live there, still insists me to pay for the fine. Absolutely ridiculous

Rude staff, not interested in providing any guidance to the people who need to comply with their legal obligations to vote.I suggest that anyone unhappy with this department make written submission to their local MPs so that they clean out the poor staff.

Very poorly organised website. Impossible to even find out where polling booths are located. It could be so simple.

They can't keep the electoral roll up to date but they can find the time to send out fines for not voting in elections you are not entitled to vote in because you don't live in NSW.

What a scam organisation.All businesses are impacted by COVID.And their way to get their budget back is - No notification for vote, then send their penalty to everyone.What a great way to earn your money back, so smart!Disgusting!
