I built Granny and house extension with AMA Construction. Sharif is very transparent and honest. He finished on time with in budget and delivered what he has committed. For renovation, he went beyond my expectation. With his vast experience and renovation knowledge, he has finished the extension works perfectly along with granny.Actually as part of build and design process, though he has encountered some unexpected extra cost, he did not ask me, but I have voluntarily provided the extra cost. He is a gem of person and always try to stand what he has committed. Also he kept me updated with building progress, hence it was a smooth sailing for me.
