Very cunning in pricing, they said their store has no sunflower so i go to find myself, and just use their wrapping service. However, the price i paid is much more than their online price with sunflower. Speechless to their service and pricing.

I had an arrangement made especially for my partner, the girl who made it did an Absolutely amazing job. The customer service was fantastic , they had a huge selection and the arrangement were suprisingly at a very good price. I will definitely return.

When I drew the attention to the assistant (at the shop outside Coles) of the sloppy way she'd tied the ribbon on my orchid, she might as well have said 'Well, what do you expect for $25 00'. That was the insinuation. The whole process was a series of rudeness. I won't be buying flowers there again.

The lady attending the store helped me pick out some beautiful flowers for my aunt's birthday, and she was very nice and personable. She told me she'd try her best to preserve the flowers as she wrapped them. Great customer service, though I don't know a lot about flowers.

Too expensive and the customer service is not good. When we request to change only 2 flowers, didn’t change though those flowers look bad.

Bought a bunch a flower on Valentine’s Day and put them in a vase with water as soon as we get home.That’s how the flowers look after two days.I trusted the business to do their best and have no intention of giving a bad review, but they should be aware how better mange their inventory during peak periods
