I have contacted Backyard Grannys the first person said they would get back to me and didn’t, I had to ring and be told this person had left, to be told I would be contacted by new person, who I have, and am still waiting to hear back from.Seems to me that they don’t really care about the clients, which makes me hesitant to spend my money with them.Disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Backyard Grannys where highly recommended from my property manager and I could not have been more pleased with the process and the result. Grant in sales was excellent as was Caroline in the office and especially Jack the project manager, the whole process from start to finish was professional, well organised, and well executed.

Backyard Grannys recently built a granny flat for us, Justin McDonald was our Project Manager he was excellent he constantly kept us up to date on the build , responded to any questions and concerns quickly, always acted in a professional and courteous manner all of which gives us great confidence to use these guys and would do so again in the future.
