Great teachers and my kids have grown so much under their guidance.

My son started attending one martial arts Terrigal when he just turned 4- a little over a year (and a lockdown) on, he has just completed grading for his 4th belt! From the shy little boy that I had to coax into class every week, to one that is confident enough to perform his kata in front of a large crowd- his rise in confidence and skill is really astounding!Renshi Chris is fabulous with young kids, and somehow manages to balance discipline, a structured class and skill building with oodles of fun. There is a great sense of community, on going support and commitment from the team at one martial arts and this was even more apparent through covid lockdowns. Couldnt recommend them enough!

One Martial Arts is amazing. My perception of karate was completely wrong until my daughter began attending classes. More than punching and kicking here, it's about discipline, fitness, dedication and a whole lot of fun. The staff and teachers are top notch, I wish we'd started earlier. I can't recommend anything higher than One Martial Arts as the changes I've seen so far go beyond belief. Changes in mind, body and spirit in my daughter have enhanced her personality, stamina, social ability and see these changes taking her further in life than anything she has ever done. I must add that her concentration levels have even improved her grades at school and that makes the investment and time Extremely worthwhile. Thank you to everyone at One Martial Arts for your hard work and dedication to helping our kids be the best they can be.
