Oz Shine Hand Carwash

Not the cheapest car wash around, but an excellent service and value for money. They took great care of my vehicle inside and out. I have wheelchair modifications to my car and they ensured that everything was well cleaned. My only suggestion is take a towel to sit on, because the seats were still damp when we picked it up.

I have had my car washed and interior done aswell 2 times now. Both times some of the inside windows have not been wiped down, the car wash looks rushed and not done properly, when you try to tell them you arnt happy with the work they get extremely defensive and rude. they dont know any customer service. dont bring your car here if you want an average job.

Paid good money for an under body car wash and exterior wash and detail upon picking my car up the under body wash had not been done not even attempted. The outside of my car was still very dirty in places. When telling them I wasn't happy with the job they had done I was threatened with them not giving my keys back. Was very hard to talk to them about not being happy with the job that I had paid for then threatened again with not getting my keys back. Very very poor and disgusting customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. GO SOMEWHWRE ELSE.

They really deserve 0 stars . I took my car for wash and vacuuming. To be honest the car was still dirty they didn't do a proper job . On that very same week I realised I have my rubber car mats missing .I called and they said they have my mats and asked me to come in any time.I went to their shop and the employee showing me mat which wasn't even mine . He was laughing at me when I was telling them how irresponsible of them to lose my mat . I clearly remember my mat it was expensive as well.I am just disappointed that these people are still in business when they don't even provide good service.Please don't use them.

Very bad service. They didn't wash the car properly and interior was also bad. Don't give the car to these guys. Very disappointed.

I called 16/12/18 to book my car in for an interior detail. I was told if I brought it in now instead of waiting they would give me a discount because it's raining and they weren't busy. So I drove down straight away.Upon first glance, my car looked amazing. But upon taking it home I've noticed that some of the interior has worn off (indicator/window wiper and AC knob) AND my window tinting is flaking off! I'm not sure what chemicals/tools were used, but it's obviously too strong. My car is only 3 years old so it's not just wear and tear.They also asked me to pay cash, which I said was fine considering I was getting a discount. But now I have no record because I wasn't given a receipt. I paid $200 to have my car ruined, and it'll cost more than $200 to get it fixed. I've attached photos of the damage.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

After debating long and hard whether or not to use OzShine at Grand Plaza, I decided to give them a try - despite the bad reviews. I always like to give people a chance, and as a small business, I could understand maybe they’ve had a few rough customers - however I digress.I asked the gentleman for the $45 platinum wash - which his a wash & a vacuum of the car. The gentleman kept pushing that I pay for the interior detail, which is a wash and obviously the interior detail for $170. I declined his offer, however he kept pushing - so I caved and thought alright, I’ll treat my car. Paid the $170 upon collection.On my way home, I noticed that the walls around my dials/odometers (not too sure what they are called) had gone yellow and the paint had peeled/burnt off. I knew for a fact that my car was not like that before.Luckily, I had taken a photo with the back camera in my car that day - and of course, once I saw the paint damage, I took a photo of that. Everything I had was dated, even my proof of payment.I called them and made them aware of what happened, I thought it was just a general mistake without any malice - and of course that’s what it was. The gentleman asked me to bring my vehicle there for him to assess it, and so I did. Upon examination, immediately he told me “that did not happen here”. I showed him the photos with the time stamps, and he stood firm “that did not happen here, we did not do that”.He continued to point at all the metal in my car, and asked, why none of those were affected then? I advised him that is because the odometer walls (again, not sure what they are called) are painted plastic. He told me NO, they did not caused that damage.He continued to laugh as I explained myself and showed him proof, and told him he was not going to do nothing for me.Would never go back. Ever. I thought maybe, he would reimburse me at least for the clean, and I would pay whatever it costs to get them replaced. The way I was treated and laughed at by the manager was putrid, yes, the MANAGER.The bad reviews that OzShine has received are unfortunately, very valid.

Paid $65 today to have my car 'cleaned' and I'm really disappointed. I didn't expect to get a proper detailing for that price, but I at least expected the dust to be wiped off of the dashboard. I noticed huge patches of dust they left as I was driving home. They didn't bother to move the dog's car seat (just needed to lift it up) and there's dog hair on the seats under it. Didn't bother to vacuum the boot. Left rubbish and a paddle pop stick from my kids on the poorly vacuumed floor. I used to pay $50 a time for them to clean the car and I was fairly happy with them, but after a gap in using them, I've come back to find their effort very unsatisfactory. I just spent 40 minutes cleaning what they missed myself. As a disabled pensioner that $65 was a waste of money. I could have just paid $20 in the automatic car wash and did the rest myself because that's what I basically just did. I'm going to have to find another car wash business because this was a big waste of money.
