I had an early bird service and stayed. Reception area for guests great coffee great TV wifi and very very friendly staff. Always asking if we're ok. Just answer emails quicker for quotes and booking enquiries. BUT great customer service

Really good serviceTook my partners car down as radio just stopped working.They had a 30 minute look and advised us to bring it back next week as it is a bigger job. No charge at this stage.Waited in lounge and had a choice of tea, coffee or waterGreat place to have the car servicedHad a look at some of the cars for saleReally good service

I had to get my rear parking sensor's fixed, they identified the problem got a new part had it fitted & everything works excellently. Funny u don't miss a function until it's no longer available. There was a long wait unfortunately but that's the price u pay.

Waited for service.Booked in at 1.30pm, work not commenced till 3.30pm, Finished at 4.30pm,not washed. Very disappointed not informed about delay.
