Excellent Physiotherapist clinic, highly recommend. I had a consultation with Simon to setup my Triathlon bike. He was extremely thorough and his attention detail is unparalleled. The fit is perfect for me and I am super comfortable on the bike. He helped me understand the biomechanics at play so I could translate the setup to my road bike too. He also demonstrated some exercises that will help strengthen my weaker muscles to improve my bike and run form. Well worth the visit for any cyclist/triathlete.

I’m the typical office worker who sits too much both in the car & at my desk. After ruining myself one week I found I couldn’t walk or bend one morning and I knew I needed help!!Lewis was absolutely brilliant, I was given the necessary stretches to aid my injury and with dedication I was myself again within days.Cannot thank you enough Lewis!!

Lewis managed my recovery so well it was almost a disappointment when I didn’t need to go anymore. A fountain of knowledge and he gave me so much training advice in addition to treating my injury. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Thoroughly professional she has designed training for several challenging sporting events I wished to do, tailoring the training around my knee injury.
