Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel
Superb, first class treatment and service from start to finish. Sam, Emma and team could not be more accommodating before and during our recent stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the loft with ocean views with our two young children along with the in-room dinner followed by lunch downstairs at the beach club where again the service was superb! The local surrounds such as the walk to the lighthouse and across the front along the bay was simply beautiful. Thank you for your wonderful service and overall genuine respect and kindness towards us.

Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel
I visited here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon, a few people were milling about, but it was fairly quiet. It feels set up to have a great vibe on a sunny weekend. As a Melbourne gal being right on the water is a novelty, so the view is excellent. The staff were friendly. The salmon and rice bowl was so delicious! I would definitely recommend!

Was only here for the drinks and the view, have heard good things both the food. But it is quite a way out and would be worth getting a ferry here. Drinks very pricey! Uncomfortably so… probably would not return because of that price point. Good atmosphere though.

Great location. Fantastic drinks. Good food. Beautiful spot for the perfect sunset. Only downside was that we were there on a Saturday evening and the DJ speakers were so low that it was hard to tell any music was playing at all. Crank it up a little more and this would be the ultimate summer hide out!

Thankyou to all of the staff at this remarkable hotel. From my welcome to leaving I was treated so well. Great harbour view room+ position with lots to explore. The food is amazing but it's the staff who make this place so special. No matter who+ where you are from theres something to love here. Walks are great+ relaxing cant be helped! Thanks to Rachel,Emma, Alex+ Piper. Management too. No faults. Ill be back hopefully Love Bernice xx

I stayed & dined with my husband. We were so surprised by how magnificent it was; beautiful food, gorgeous spacious, clean & peaceful rooms, the service by staff was perfect. You can’t beat the stunning location, and the hotel made it unforgettable. This grand old heritage dame of a hotel is in good hands & we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for a perfect weekend at Watson’s Bay Hotel!

Our family had a lunch here.The wood fire pizza was delicious.The view was excellent.It's really shame I can't give 5 stars.My husband was furious with staff (she served him coffee orders) I think her name was Victoria. She was very rude and cold. Of course My husband didn't say anything to Victoria because he is very kind and warm person not like Victoria.He didn't understand why someone like Victoria works in hospitality area.Definitely her behaviour wasn't really fit.We would like go back to restaurant but definitely not having a coffee if she has same attitude.

Very bad experience. Booked my 18th with my friends here but when we all showed up they said I didn’t have a booking and wouldn’t let us in so we’re stuck with no place to go. We managed to get a table at Doyle’s next door which was amazing - go to Doyle’s instead of watsons bay hotel. Better customer service, super nice staff and amazing food and atmosphere. Will not be going to watsons bay hotel. Terrible customer service

Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and stayed a night in a Harbour Room at the hotel. The service from the front desk was wonderful! They welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed - they even gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbles to celebrate with our room service order. We had a beautiful view from a Harbour Room and enjoyed the proximity to the ferry. Would highly recommend staying there!
