I would absolutely recommend Immaculate Homes to anyone considering a renovation. My family and I are delighted with the result - could not be happier. Being a semi-detached Federation, it was a pretty complex build. The design has made excellent use of the land and the finish is stunning. We’ve been in the house for about a week now and can’t get over what a beautiful home has been created. Daniel and Jamie and the rest of the team made this process easy. We’d heard so many horror stories from other people’s renovation experiences, but this was smooth and low stress. I highly recommend Immaculate Homes.

Building a two storey addition to a 1960’s house in a BAL FZ (flame zone) comes with challenges, and to meet DA requirements additional regulatory requirements. Daniel, Jamie and the team helped turn this 2 year journey into a reality. From excavation, waste removal, negotiating deliveries down a steep narrow drive, all obstacles were resolved. As with any build there is always the odd tweak and fix to the architect's plans along the way, which they did and made it a better more livable building. With any builder you rely on the trades to be lined up and ready to go, without delay. There wasn’t a day when there wasn’t someone on site. We have taken residence in the in the ‘west wing’ and loving it.
