Michael from Equilibrium health hubs has been coaching me online for the last 12 months. I highly recommend this product. I always struggled to put on weight, muscle and increase strength. I was able to gain over 7kg while still maintaining a solid lean physique in a short time. I felt my strength improved dramatically with the type of workouts due to how often I was using compound exercises which I felt really increased my strength in a short time period.Michael checks in with me regularly during the week to monitor my progress and answer any questions I have. I have been training with Michael for the past 4 years. I am in my fifties and have always kept relatively fit and active and enjoyed cardio sessions, but after having spinal fusion surgery I had been tentative about doing weights and strength training. Michael has taken into consideration all of my limitations whilst encouraging me to extend my capabilities. I now feel like a much stronger and healthier individual. I train twice a week with Michael and he is always compassionate to my needs but is also able to push me to reach my potential. The fact that he has faith in me and always encourages me to become stronger or faster and fitter has helped me to be confident in trying new exercises and routines. Our sessions are always fun and varied (and sweaty) and I always look forward to training each week with him.

I trained with Equilibrium Health Hub for 3 months as part of their online coaching package and achieved the results I wanted much faster than I expected, starting at 95kg and finishing up at 86kg. Michael created an effective program tailored to my goals and helped keep me accountable with weekly weigh-ins and diet plans that worked for me. I’ve learnt plenty of new exercises and techniques through training with Michael and would highly recommend Equilibrium Health Hub to anyone looking for some extra guidance and motivation!

After hitting a plateau with my rehabilitation from back surgery I reached out to Michael at Equilibrium Health Hub and I am very thankful I did. Michael was able to confidently assess where I was at with my training and build on my exercise program. I have loved training with Michael over the past 2 years. He keeps me motivated by checking in between sessions and mixes up the training so I keep on building strength and fitness along the way. I lost 9 kilos over COVID by continuing to train during lock down outdoors which was brilliant. I would highly recommend Michael as a personal trainer.

If you are looking for someone to have your back every second of the way then this is the guy for you. I have been working with Michael since January and in all honesty this has been one of the easiest most stress free fitness journey I've been on. I've worked with many coaches in the past for both weight loss, photoshoots , fitness competitions and just all round health. But after working the Michael my thought process and body changed completely. I travel for my work and at times don't always get the correct sleep or even time to relax, yet Michael was always happy to adjust where was needed. He helped me stay on track and was always supporting me when I had moments of doubt. I've manages to lean down, keep muscle and even improve the my stress since working with him. If you find yourself needing someone who is more hands on both physically and mentally then I would 100% recommend Equilibium Health Hub.

I have been working with Michael for almost a year now. As a coach, he sat down with me and we mapped out some goals for the years, not only fitness, but also development goals in my career and time management. I have often had trouble with long term consistency towards my goals in fitness, which is where Michael has really helped me out. I have stuck to my training plan every day/week for the whole year, (except for a sick week and holiday week) which I’m absolutely stoked about. Michael encourages development of sustainable approaches to health and fitness goals and regularly coached me through times where I wasn’t so motivated. Michael reaches out regularly for updates during the week, whether that be weigh-in, diet adherence, and to assess how I’m feeling and helps me to reflect on these and how to approach the next week. I cannot recommend Michael’s services enough!Looking forward to smashing more goals together!
