Nikki was so amazing to deal with. She was so kind and knowledgeable about all the dresses and what suited my body type. Nikki was so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with and was very open to letting me customise things on the dresses. Overall the dresses here are all amazing quality and good value for money!

The customer service I received at Jane Hill was absolutely amazing and a genuine standout. Alyssa was excellent to deal with. She continuously went above and beyond, was super patient, extremely flexible for my situation and made me feel comfortable in all the dresses I tried on. She even had Kaitlin assist with showing me what some dresses may look like with alterations which was great - Kaitlin was so lovely as well as super insightful and knowledgeable.Overall, Alyssa went above and beyond for me, I would highly recommend Jane Hill to all brides - you won't be disappointed.

Jane Hill in Melbourne made finding my dream dress the most amazing and seamless experience. Nicki made me feel so confident and stunning, helped me find a dress I would have never thought would look good on me and was so easy to contact for any of my million questions. She talked me through every process of the dress was happy to assist with any tweaks and any options I wanted. She is so lovely and I could not have asked for a better gown consultant from the try on to the dress collection and beyond!
