The hybrid floor looks decent and quality! The installation was very smooth and professional! It just took 2 days for them install 4 bedroom and 3 living area (approx.110 sqm ) I definitely will use The Flooring Guys again!!

Tom was super helpful and professional when I came to visit for flooring samples! He'll also guide you through other options once you let him know what your requirements are and what you're after for your remodel/new build. Overall a very good experience with the team. 11/10 would come back again for flooring needs in the future. They also do next day delivery from their warehouse!

Tom was very helpful with choices and style for our room, their pricing was a lot cheaper than bunnings (go and check it out yourself). If you're after a DIY project these products are user friendly with little to no experience required for installation.

All whilst they have a great selection of flooring sadly their customer service is non existent. I ordered 3 samples, only 2 were what I had ordered. Not all of the flooring is advertised with a price, I understand this can be due to the suppliers request but it makes it hard to calculate costs when I've asked 3 times for a quote and received no response (via online, email and facebook) I'm left sourcing flooring from other companies that are more responsive.
