Luminous Nails & Spa

Very clearly asked for gel polish+extensions, they said they will do SNS and that it was the same thing (I had never had SNS before, only gel and didn't know what it was) so I thought that would be fine and agreed. SNS nails are VERY different, and comparing the quality of service I received here to other salons it was clear they rushed it or are not very skilled, or just don't care. My nails were lumpy, uneven and the extensions were not the right size, so the sides of my nails were stepped in, and the edges of the nail extensions were left roughly filed and frayed, and not sealed over the edge so when she was done she just stood up and left and I thought she was going to come back and clean up the edges before I left; overall, it looked awful. Besides the actual poor quality of the nail service, and not actually getting the gel service I asked for, the technician was very rude and rough. While filing my nails, she cut through my skin and caused it to bleed, and this was incredibly painful when the alcohol/chemical clean was done at the end.

My nails had been ruined by a previous salon and I wanted to get them fixed before All my Christmas events. I got to luminous nails and the were closing but the manager let me and did my refill and re shaping of my nails. She did an outstanding job !! The shape is amazing and the colour is beautiful. Staff are so friends and helpful. Luminous nails will be the only place I go from now on.

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. The shop is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and professional and my nails always end up looking fantastic.. I recently went in to get a repair done on a couple of nails and they didn’t charge me even though it was’nt their fault for the cracked tips ( im just clumsy! LOL) I wouldn’t go any where else to get my nails done and I suggest to others you don’t either .. 10/10 in my books

Very unprofessional job done. Went for a pedicure and manicure for a special treat. Due to speed, lack of pampering and communication barrier, we came out confused.

These talented ladies went above and beyond for me this morning, the shape and design are exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be more stoked by the finished result. Massive thank you once again and definitely recommend these lovely ladies

The Nail and Beauty technician are all so welcoming and professional, they do an excellent service and go above and beyond! Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Have been coming here for 3+ years and always happy!

Hi, unfortunately I have to give a low star rating as I am pretty disappointed with the result. My toes don't look like I went to a salon and paid $$ for - I actually could have done them at home and perhaps they would look better. Very disappointed!! We went there at 3pm as we were told to come at that time when I called earlier, everyone was busy so we waited. We even asked the girls as I saw the time they were closing is 4pm whether they would be able to do 2X pedicure and have enough time. I was already worried that since now they are starting at 3.25pm that the pedicure would be a quick/rush job. I was assured yes yes pedicure okay but come back for manicure. I would have preferred if they told us to come back another time than to do a rush job and make us pay $ 40 each for a very slack job! It felt rushed and it looks rushed! Its a lot of money to pay for nails that we are ultimately not happy with!

Had them done for my wedding and they look fantastic. Staff was very attentive and professional. I get a lot of compliments saying they look natural. Highly recommend!

Today I had my nails done by Tina and her beautiful Team. Both myself and my mum have been getting our nails done by Tina for years now, and we couldn't be happier she's back in town. The service is better then ever, the shop is sparkling, and all the new colours are AWESOME.If you haven't already, I Highly recommend visiting Tina and her team. :-)
