David Chapman, did an ergonomic home visit today to evaluate my workstation. I have been getting terrible neck and shoulder pains, which has impacted my productivity. X-rays showed arthritis in my neck and vertebrae pressing on nerves.In addition to getting new desktop glasses and seeing David once a week for treatment, David made a series of recommendations; increasing font size, a new chair, foot stool and an additional monitor to name a few.David used to do corporate ergonomic assessments and with so many of us now working from home, does home visits. If you are in Sydney and experiencing pain from sitting all day, I highly recommend reaching out to David. Your body will thank you.
