They had just the right bags we were after.

Had a phone conversation with an extremely helpful staff member. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. On that basis, would highly recommend Strandbags.

Customer service is very bad and rude.The lady trying to sell the floor stock( with starches) for original price. even though they have another suite case in the stock. we confirmed with another store.never again to this store.

We spent a long time here working out what best suited our needs. Katie was amazing - patient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. After trying out packing 2 of the bags we worked out they were too large so we returned them and got another two. Again this was not a problem and was sorted out straight away. Totally recommend coming here.

Had a amazing time. The staff lady denise had the suitcase i wanted and the information i got was spot on. I will be coming back to get the rest of my bags from denise. Brilliant experience will gladly shop again. Nancy was good aswell they made the shopping fun and answered questions i couldnt get from the travel agent

I had an employee assault me at the wollongong store, ripping my hand bag off me accusing me of stealing my own handbag. She was already walking away WITH MY PROPERTY when i looked at her confused saying that it was my handbag and it's clearly worn and torn. She realised her mistake and threw back my bag saying Oh I thought it was mine". While I was looking for a purchase I felt that the retail assistant was discriminating against me And had already made the assumption that I was going to shoplift due to my Winter attire. I felt subjected and victimised by that horrible shop assistant. Not only do I want a full apology but I'll be discussing with my legal team regarding further proceeding if theirs no attempt to rectifying this situation immediately. I have also issued a formal complaint with the centre and management."

I love strand bags as they have specials on handbags.

This shop is a little smaller then my usual one so it has slightly less variety in each category hence the 4 star rating

Wanted to buy a bag, but service was taking too long, one serving the other vacuuming , evidently vacuuming is more important than sales. After waiting for a while I walked out
