Brayco Stainless Melbourne

In response to Brayco's reply to my initial review below it's clear they're still missing one of the most primary principles of delivering excellent service & products to their customers but rather they're seemingly more interesting in taking a defensive posture that's not only a distortion of the truth but presumably blaming the victim.After the incident, I called back to lodge my verbal complaint via telephone to a person identifying themselves to be the store's manager, whereby I clearly stated to him that it wasn't my interest to purchase nor hold items but simply to ascertain confirmation that the items were on site for collection before making a 55 minute commute.Haven only driven to this store over a week ago for a purchase I was astute with the company's policies & procedures.It was the rudeness of the salesman today who overwhelmingly wanted to exact his misguided interpretation will of the exchange upon the customer and by doing so totally disregarded my effort to explain to him that in no way was I asking for him to hold or put aside" the items in which I was only seeking confirmation that the items were indeed in stock!It's evident from your response the company's approach is a lacklustre one at best or opting to support poor customer service execution by a team member requiring a revisit in proper telephone etiquette when conducting business over the phone.Thanks

This is what Brayco does. Got a call yesterday asking for preferred delivery day and set it on Monday 5th of November. Driver rocked up today and dump all the equipments on a public carpark and was told he couldn’t wait and had to go. Left it unattended .Why would you bother asking for a day when you guys are going to do deliver whenever you like?

Arthur Bregiannis customer service was excellent all round. Service and advice was spot on and delivery of our product was next day which was amazing.The product was very easy tom assemble and has now created an area that is safe for all our volunteers.Foodshare will again be doing service with Arthur in the near future

Even a considerable time since the purchase Alain was able to help locate missing feet for our Tolix tables and ensure we received them so that we can complete our cafe/ conference room set-up at Ifiele'ele Plantation in Samoa. I could not be happier with my recent purchase from Brayco in Springvale. I bought a 900 x 450mm stainless steel bench, with high quality wheels. My main requirements were that it needed to be sturdy and have no sharp edges. Alain recommended upgrading the legs and wheels of the basic model to achieve a more robust unit, and the results were excellent. I expect to have this bench for decades, so the modest outlay for the top quality wheels made sense. It was a pleasure to do business with Alain who provided attentive service, listened carefully to my requirements, showed me a number of possibilities before finally settling on a perfect solution. I am old enough to remember when helpful, knowledgeable salesmen were the norm, but these days that is not the case, so Alain and Brayco stand out as beacons of how customer service should be delivered.There is one other thing I would add for the benefit of people who do not buy this type of gear regularly. You can't judge quality or rigidity on a web page. Go in and have a closer look, and touch the equipment, feel how the wheels roll, determine whether the height is comfortable and talk to someone like Alain who really knows his stuff. Great work, guys!

Old fashioned customer service that goes above and beyond from staff that understand the meaning of customer service. Fast delivery. Dealing with this company was a positive experience from start to finish.
