Order 3 pizzas and 3 sides. I received 2 pizzas and 2 sides then I call.Got delivery. Only 1 pizza. Although missing pizza was Ham and cheese pizza but got Hawaiian.Still not delivery Garlic bread. Do I need still wait for delivery? I call again but no one pick up

Manager listen up! Your poor overworked staff who (quite frankly) did very well all things considered-can’t do much if there are no staff to help them! Our order on a Friday night (a busy night every week) was 45 minutes late as a delivery order when we eventually managed to pick it up. When we did get it due to the few staff that were there struggling for time, my order was undercooked and drenched in sauce to compensate. Please hire more staff for busy periods so this doesn’t continue to happen…

Apart from the staff yelling and swearing at each other and making the customers uncomfortable, the guy taking my order blatantly told me a mini simply cheese was a mini even after I told him they are $5, he told me they have gone up to $7.70, only to get handed a normal sized simply cheese. Incompetence at its finest, then again, pay 15 year olds to work unsupervised, then you get that quality of service, won’t be back here again!

Love the food!! I got my food delivered to my house; I ordered the new “My Domino’s” combo, absolutely recommended it. The driver was kind and arrived on time. I have been in the store many times and the staff is usually nice and friendly :) Keep the good work!

Wow....just wow. We have sat here for half an hour watching the shitfight before they even managed to get our order on the screen. Who made this girl manager, she just yelled at the Indian guy who was asking how to fix his mistake saying you do realise I am the manager and I know what I am doing....clearly everyone out here realises you don't cos training staff is part of that. Now the Asian boy is being yelled at because rhe guy asked for deep pan and got told we don't do deep pan. No one's name is right at all on the screen...not sure if we are Jackson or 10 but the order has been taken numerous times now. Hopefully we are one of them.Please train your staff and make managers from management materialAtkeast 1 customer walked away smiling. He paid for one pizza and got 2Oh and she just yelled at the whole crew for getting names wrong when she is the one who put down 10 instead of John. Lol. Oh dearOh hey....where's the juicy pineapple that's meant to be on supreme pizzas? Who did the quality check....they made it wrong but I'd be surprised if anyone got the right pizza tonight tbh.

Quality of pizza’s are consistently bad. Soggy pizza base, over sauced, uneven spread of Ingredients. Either staff need training or to be replaced. Such a shame as dominos is quite nice when it’s cooked with respect.

Well. I have been a repeat customer here for 2 years now, and the attitude from staff tonight was disgusting. I have worked in hospitality management, and I can understand when a team is having an off night, but I was waiting 40min for two pizzas, had three different staff ask me the name for my order, and only when the last young gentleman asked what the order actually was did a young lady declare from the back it's there

Order a cheese pizza (seems simple). Get told it’s a 1:15min wait…..we wait….nothing…. We Call… then get told it’s another 35-40mins away…. Cancel the order then it’s 3-5 days to get a refund! What a joke. They take your cash on the spot but will keep it when they can’t deliver (No pun intended) Go elsewhere!

Giving one star because the quality of service has plummeted. Can't turn up and order a pizza because a variety of reasons:1. No service at the counter. Staff look at you and don't even acknowledge you. There's no buzzer either2. 6 min pizza order turned into 30 minute wait time - not even deliveredWasn't given a reason why except yeah we couldn't make pizzas"Domino's spends all this money on a brand new store and there's something wrong or not right on a consistent basis. Totally bizarre. Feel sorry for staff as management is failing them
