I have a very difficult house to clean with two floors, including a basement that has little to no air and very dusty. They were professional and incredibly thorough and took care of all the hard places to clean in my apartment. Highly recommend!

Pristine Home Cleaning are extremely professional and easy to deal with. From Joanne in the office who is so responsive to all the questions, to Jason who came out to perform the clean at our offices. Breath of fresh air to be honest. Clean was thorough and great and we are extremely happy with the service. Would not hesitate at all to recommend their services.

We had Pristine Homes clean our house while we were overseas. The cleaner was in touch to confirm the amount of time that was being spent on the house and also what was and was not possible from the list we provided. We came back to sparkling clean home. I was so happy with everything that Ogii did. We asked for a spring clean and our house was immaculate. Will definitely use them again.

Honestly, I have been searching for a cleaner for 6 months. I contacted numerous companies. Pristine Home was the only one that found me someone who was able to help me with my weekly clean. They're honest and trustworthy and has full insurance. Not only all of the above, but they are also in NSW not in Queensland or Melbourne taking your call. The people are approachable and friendly. Such a responsive, high quality of staff and affordable service. Joanne, has great booking and follow up processes. Maddison who is my current cleaner was booked quickly. Highly recommend this company. My first contact was with Joanne who was lovely, professional and quick to respond and to arrange my cleaners. I used Pristine for a deep clean for my bathrooms, kitchen and overall clean, Oogi arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Very impressed, and I will use Pristine again.
