Only way to cancel subscription is by phone during business hours, though you can upgrade subscription easily online. I hate business models like this.

Aside from some of the heavy-handed and misleading reporting, particularly on political matters, they make it difficult to cancel a subscription. You can't do it on the website, but have to call a phone number and do a lengthy interview explaining why you don't want it anymore. Even after being told they'd cancel it, the automatic subscription payments kept getting taken from my card. Gave up and cancelled my credit card entirely so it would stop. Not sure whether it was deliberate fraud or incompetence, but I'd find it hard to trust any News Ltd. business after this experience.
