Such friendly staff in Graham Seers, who couldn’t have done more to help us out. I’d been cycle touring with my boyfriend for a week and they helped us get our bikes all packed up for the flight back to Sydney. We’d called ahead as it was over the Christmas holiday period and they’d said they’d be open and would have some boxes for us. On the day they gave us a hand with packaging, tools and tape so that everything was securely stowed! We were also able to leave our bikes overnight and grab them the next day, en route to the airport. They couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, and we also learnt about an amazing road race near Melbourne and some local sights to see with our recovery day!

A huge THANKS and shout out to the crew at Graham Seers for their support and understanding after a couple of breakages on my bike. Great customer service, empathy plus some good advice. My issues were also sorted on the spot. Super impressed. Sincere thanks guys!

I'll add another positive review. We're in the area on holidays but leaving to head west tomorrow and had a tire repair required after this morning's adventures. They were able to repair the tyre and have us on our way in no time. Thanks for great service.

Thanks to Steve and Mal absolute legends helping me repair my e-Bike after a crash. Not only did they do an amazing job in very quick time but there communication was brilliant from start to finish. I’ll never go anywhere else.

As I was riding through Port Macquarie, I broke a spoke on my bike that I was using to tour Australia. I went to this shop because of the reviews on here and was hoping that it was a friendly shop. When I got there it I was welcomed with open arms and the bike got fixed quickly, but as this was all happening, the world outside was turning apocalyptic. The brush fires were getting closer and they decided to close up shop early. The mechanic (Malcolm) offered me his backyard to stay in as it was a lot safer than trying to risk looking for a place near the fires. He even made me dinner that night and everything. I know this wasn’t a normal occurrence at this shop, but the fact of the situation, I would stand behind this shop 100%!!

A fantastic experience! Helpful staff, got me pedalling again for my short break away. Thankyou guys for your great service. And very reasonable price too!

Mel & Steve went above and beyond to assist me with my bike while I was in town training for the weekend. They both took the time to explain and show me all the work they were doing on my bike. Thanks Mal for your professionalism and knowledge. Was bike touring and the scram 12 speed derailleur snapped of after catching in spoke. Lugged bike back to Port Maq where Malcom replaced derailleur and got me on the road again. Thanks for sharing your experience Mal.
