Their service and knowledge is excellent. With my new purchase I went in knowing I had some issues to account for, and had done a lot of research myself prior and had figured out what I felt I needed. Discussing my issues with them, they came to pretty much the same conclusion on my requirements as I had. But that just affirmed we were both on the same track, and they understood what I was looking for.
