Clothing Alterations

Needed a suit jacket and pants altered for a funeral the next day. Dropped them in at 1:45pm and picked them up at 4:30pm same day. 2hrs 45min!Thank you!

Had a couple of jackets that needed shoulder pads removed, the restitching is seamless, you can't even tell any changes were made. Maya was extremely sweet and helpful and made sure i was happy with how the jackets looked on me before i paid. Very pleased

One star is generous!!I requested that straps on a crop top be tacked down as they were too long for my daughter. When I got it back the straps had been CUT and now when she grows I can't let it out properly/nicely. It also has blood splashed all over the back of the top. Disgusting!! When I called to ask about it she said there's no blood anywhere here. I don't know anything about blood" and blamed me saying it came from me. It was a brand new top

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! She is rude, unprofessional and thinks she has the right to shout and scream at her customers when she is late. I wanted a dress fixed for new yrs eve and she said it would be fine and she would have it ready. She didn't bother to get me to try it on or take measurements, I went in later but it wasnt right, she charged me more to fix her mistakes.She said she would call me on the Tuesday before new yrs eve to pick it up but she made no effort to get in touch and didn't returned any of my calls despite 3 voicemails being left!!! I had to go and buy a new dress for new yrs eve!!!She finally called a week later and still charged me!!! When I tried to go into the shop to pick up my dress she had closed early, went in another day at 9.30 (supposed to be open by then) but had to wait for her for 15min!How she has managed to stay in business this long I have no idea. Never before have i recieved such shocking and terrible service, what's worse is she thinks she has the right to shout and scream at anyone unhappy with her service.

Gave my suit to owner asking if it could be tailored by the 11th. “Sure. Not a problem.” Dropped in on the 12th and it’s not ready. Dropped in on 16th, not ready. Told I can collect on Monday afternoon, 18th. Cutting very fine as formal is on Tuesday, 19th. Shop was closed at 4:30pm. Popped in again at 5:00pm. Sign says closes at 5:30. No one there. Left messages and got no response . Panicking, I had to take the day off work and tried to pick it up at 11:00am this morning. Formal is at 4:30 today. Still not ready. Finally at 1pm I got the suit. Checked that it matched the shirt we bought. All good there. What a stress. It looks great though.
