Friendly staff, good assortment. Unfortunately the pharmacists and staff behind prescription counter do not handle confidentiality in a professional manner and have to be prompted time and again to be more discreet, hence three stars instead of five.With some extra training this issue should be easily corrected. And then it would certainly be a five star Pharmacy.Edit 26/01/21: Owners of franchise responded to my review above promptly and though I am not privy to what was done to improve the service delivery of pharmacy staff, it most certainly has improved big time.Five star worthy Pharmacy now! Thank you!

Bought an item in the Chemist and walked out trying to put my change in wallet and dropped my item. It was made of glass and contents went on the floor just outside the shop. Went in to get a replacement and was told that I'd need to pay for it again. Disgraceful. I don't know any Company who would not just replace it.
