Zaras shoes is a wonderful store heaps of funky shoes and accessories, lots of sizes. Elle is super helpful and has a great eye for what goes together. I LOVE my new sneakers they are so cute. Check it out!

Good range of stock and have shopped here for years. Last two visits, I encountered disinterested service to the point of rudeness. I think it was the owner or manager. Other nearby stores had similiar stock and procing with friendly service. I am a local and will not return to shop at Zara Mooloolaba

I really enjoyed shopping in this unique little shoe shop. Beautiful quality shoes and accessories that are just a little out of the ordinary. The service was warm and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Wow, after seeing great reviews and hearing such good things about this place, I was underwhelmed by how bored the store assistant was and the lack of service see gave me. She assumed I knew that the box on my right had the foot socks then didn't offer up any other sizes or styles, so I left. Locals live here as well and are so pretty we don't need tons of make-up to try to blend in with the tourists. Shoes looked really nice and I'm hoping that the lady was not the owner otherwise I'm not going back.

First time at this store and it won't be the last. The variety of shoes/colours was amazing. I bought 2 pairs of elegant, well fitted and so comfy shoes at a discounted price too. The shops right on the esplanade, with heaps of other shops and just over the road was the beach. What a great day shopping. Support the smaller shops. Not only do you get quality, leather shoes but the service was outstanding. Loved the shop assistant here. She was welcoming, had a good chat but she went out of her way for me.

Disappointing service. Guess I was trained differently.If you're going to ask if you can help someone and when they respond with what they are after, pretending the customer has disappeared will not get you any sales.
