Cygnet Family Practice

Dr. Maureen Ryan is very competent, incredibly kind and caring. A very LGBTIQA+ friendly doctor who sincerely cares about her patients. I can't comment on the other doctors in the practice. I only see Dr Ryan and she has been consistently wonderful over the last few years.

Drs are amazing, but unfortunately are let down by the unprofessionalism and incompetence of management and administrative staff!! I really don't appreciate my business being broadcasted to the whole surgery, while my mother was continually harassed by management, and even prevented from entering the doctors office to attend her appointment. On a separate occassion they kept her waiting for well over an hour and half before she walked out exasperated. If I could rate them in the minuses I would!! Not impressed and WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Severely saddened to see such a negative review of this practice, I have to ask if the reviewer has indeed got the correct practice to review as I cannot reconcile the grievences aired with the practice I know.Over the last 30 years we have moved around Australia and lived in many places almost as far north as is possible and from east to west in state capitols and country areas mostly staying for quite lenghty terms requiring to register everywhere with medical practices due to severe health issues in the family, whilst we have belonged to some very good practices and maybe one or two not so good over the years CFP is a standout as by far the best practice we have belonged to especially over the last four years where health issues have become extremely severe.The care, attention and action we have received has been of the highest order from both medical and admin members of staff without exception and I mean WITHOUT exception.I cannot recommend them highly enough

I'm thoroughly impressed with cygnet family practice. Despite being a busy practice, every time I attend I get the best service, gentle and understanding practitioners and respectful reception staff and leave feeling that whatever happens these people are going to do their absolute best to help me over life's difficulties. I cannot speak highly enough nor recommend them highly enough as medical practitioners and as human beings.

Always difficult. Poor quality examination given. Most expensive diagnostic tests recommended. No follow up. Seems like you're just another revenue source....

I've attended many medical centres now, and this is by far the most caring, happy, and competent practice. Dr Maureen Ryan is lovely. The GPs are caring and competent. The reception staff and other professionals seem very happy working there and are respectful and kind.

First impression :Got my flu jagpromptly,minimum paper ,pertinent answers to queries,no fuss .I'll be back.
