The staff are always very helpful and have exactly what I need. A tad more expensive than franchises, but I think you pay for quality, and that's what you get!

Walked in and the single staff member that was visible was practically sleeping on the register. When I approached and asked for assistance it all just seemed to hard/time consuming for that person to want to help. I'll be going to Bunnings every time from now on.
