Couldn't believe how rude staff members are here. Spoilt my day going there. I feel sad I couldn't give zero rating to this place.

Love Millers Shame it's close down in Mt Druitt, it was always busy.. Great service for local community Not everyone can afford David Jones

Was very disappointed to go to Millers (Blactown, West Point) and find the items i had hoped to purchase only to be ignored by sales staff. I do understand that this is a busy time of year but when you have four members of staff one busy on the register, another busy picking two items off the counter and the other two standing around talking and have not one even acknowldge my presence I am left questioning how interested they are in my business.It would be great if people in retail realised that its customers that keep them employeed and as such treated people with the courtesy they deserve as this experience lost them a sale and I will definately will be sharing this experience with friend's and colleagues

The store is always overstocked with clothing. It can get congested in there. Staff always helpful and reliable.

Do not shop here, the staff here are very rude and don't acknowledge you. They look down on you as if you're nothing. Not very helpful at all when I needed to buy something. I will not be coming here again. Get some better staff and train them PROPERLY

Staff members are very rude, especially the old lady works here thinks she loads all the burden in the world by serving the customers.If you can’t respect or help your customers better take a leave and stay at home.I don’t understand why the company is entertaining the staff like these.Never ever shop at this place again.

I love Millers..they have been there for me through fat and thin..always find something so good I look like a Queen..the staff are amazing..so competent..love them..

Very poor customer service.Cheap clothes & so is their sevice. Staffs are super rude.

Wonderful staff who are patient, helpful and have a sense of humour. Also frequent sales with fashion for every type of Australian female and at varying budgets could be a reason they keep getting business. Wish they would get more than 2 change rooms
