Doing my initial home work on SMP. I booked in my initial consultation with John at SMP hair clinic.John knew exactly what I wanted and explained to me in detail what he was going to do to achieve the desired result. After completing 3 sessions he has surpassed my own high expectations. I went to see John for my first consultation about 3 months ago and straight away i was comfortable. The clinic is very nice and clean. I discussed with John what i wanted and straight away he knew what to do. I booked in my sessions and i absolutely love what John has done with my hair. He is very professional in what he does.
