Simon and the team at Superior Granny Flats have done an amazing job with our 2 bedroom granny flat.The planning was smooth with Simon's guidance and he kept us informed at every stage.The team and tradies were really great to work with. They were all very polite, friendly and their workmanship was excellent.When we came across a problem with our build due to a drainage issue on our property which delayed our start, Simon was quick to work with us on a solution to get the job rolling asap.Even with our upgrades to our design and drainage issues we were able to stay very close to our budget and time frame.We highly recommend Superior Granny Flats if you are looking to build.It's a scary world out there when it comes to building but these guys made our experience a great memory to look back on not a horror story which you usually hear about.Thanks Simon! :)

Our granny flat was built to our floor plan design. Superior's quote was competitive, and they were willing to incorporate my minor changes as the detailed design process progressed. The guys at Superior Granny Flat were great to deal with. Very smooth, professional and good quality of finish especially for the price.They were extremely quick taking about 4 months from construction start to handover. In total all was done 6 months from when we first called them and had a quote.Simon kept great communication throughout the whole process as or project manager.

Superior Granny Flats delivered a stand alone granny flat within 9 months of first contact. They were willing to accomodate our design wishes and able to recommend improved quality, space, finishes from the start. They delivered as per quote and Simon in particular was communicative and great to deal with. We are happy with the finished product...we might move in their ourselves!
