Great gym. All the equipment you are likely to need, plenty of parking.My favourite thing is that the classes are only small - about 6 to 8 people. This means that Sam, the trainer, can keep an eye on everyone.

YGT Fit has an awesome instructor named Sam. She is so understanding and really knows how to get you motivated. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer, so if you are looking at getting one - Sam is the best around!

Sam is fantastic at making you feel comfortable and confident with exercises tailored to your individual ability level. The YGT Fit gym has a great feel with everything you need for a great workout with the added bonus of the beautiful surroundings.
