Always the last to bring down fuel prices in line with other BP stations. After over a week of falling prices elsewhere, I just assumed he'd brought his prices in line. As I was filling up I noticed it was $2.20 a litre, over 30c more expensive than Doveton. I'll be sure to fill up in Doveton from now on.

Will never fill up there again. Worst customer service ever.... guy behind the counter is really rude !!! And to top it off he is 10 cents a litre dearer than other local BP's

I was looking to use the toilet and was told by a very rude man that they were not for the public. I am a loyal BP customer and this is the only time I have been refused use of the rest room. I will never go back to this facility again

The worst experience ever, I was literally told by an arrogant store owner that I can’t use the washroom and he can do what ever he wants.

Bought a Four'n Twenty Beef Cheese & Bacon Traveller Pie after filling up the car on the 12th of June 2023. Almost broke a tooth as the pie crust was so hard. Must have been in the warmer for a very long time. Ended up feeding it to the dog rather than risking a dental injury.

First time I have experienced very bad about say no , cant use wash room. Seems quite rude . I am regualer BP cutomer not at this site but other site in south east melbourne. Roads were busy in peak hours around ( 5.15 pm), , I request cashier to get permission to use washroom. Straightway said NO. Customer is bread and butter now a days. From my point of view , Customer service is Zero at this stage.

I have a small car and i always pump fuel as soon as the fuel bulb comes on and every ast every fuel station it would only take me 32 to 33 L to fill the tank back full. Few weeks back, for the first time every owning this car this station pumped 36L to fill my tank. not sure whats going on! I still have the recipt and am trying to see if there is anything fishy going on!

Rude owner behind the counter. Terrible with customer service. Probably the only petrol station I know that has a minimum spend in store for eftpos purchases. I’d rather run out of petrol then stop in there ever again.

This store is a rip off they have none of their prices displayed when you buy instore, so you are in for a rude shock at the register, i presented this issue to the guy at the counter when i asked for a refund when 2 small bottles of water and 2tiny bars came to $14.00. when normally this would cost me around $9-10 no more. i normally buy everyday and happen to go to this place which i dont nornmally. I told the guy im pretty sure by law with the amount of food products they sell they have to price their items as they are like a mini supermarket and will be contacting ACCC he called me a little miss know it all lol

whats the point of having public restrooms if staff dont let em use very dissapointed not happy
