A big thanks to Brent and the team for repairing my mustang! By far the most professional panel beaters I’ve experienced and would highly recommend.

Finally a decent repairer!Had a nightmare experience with AAMI after someone rear-ended me in November 2017.Car was in an out of repair shops, then the work was done incorrectly, until finally it was taken to RP Panels.This is the only place that has done the repair work correctly and finally I am happy with the state my car is in.I have found zero issues with anything, and if I happen to going forward, I feel these guys would be happy to address this as they were very approachable and explained what they were doing at every stage clearly.Not that I want any accidents in the future, but when it inevitably happens I will no doubt be taking my cars here if possible.Thanks again to your team.

This is only a partial review based on my initial interaction, which has been quite pleasant.Getting there:Obviously there is a chance you may have to visit this business via public transport, and they are located so close to the Yarraville metro station. Just about 5 minutes of walk from the station, when you have to go and pick up your car.Services:Body panel works, Dashcam sales and installation, body work are the key offerings. Best is to visit their suite for updated services.You can call to book an appointment or walk in for an initial assessment of it is claim related.Shop, Staff and Service:5 star rating here.The shop feels like one from a Auto Show, quite tastefully furnished. Shows the passion.They are open on Saturday, which is super convenient.I talked to their staff twice and they are very customer focused. No nonsense, clear indication of what's the best they can and will do.Service - I have a future appointment so cannot comment on this yet, but my gut tells me not to worry. Fingers crossed. :)

Brent and his team at RP Panels did an outstanding job repairing my CX-5. Due to part delays from Mazda, this was repaired over a protracted period of time, but the communication and extra yards the RP team went to whilst we were overseas on holiday was appreciated. Would highly recommend and use them again, if ever required!

Dropped the car off Monday morning, they knew we needed it back by Friday lunchtime and said they'd do their best. Got a phone call Thursday morning to say it was ready. Car looked perfect, they'd cleaned it inside as well, so happy to get a dent-free car back! Many thanks to Brent and everyone.
