Had a very disappointing experience with this business. They gave me only one bunch of balloons when I had ordered two so make sure you check the balloons properly when picking up your order. The staff blamed it on the format of the website which really is no excuse for getting the order wrong.Also on a previous occasion, they used a cheaper variety of balloons to replace some of the balloons because they had run out of that colour which made the whole arrangement look cheap. I wasn't happy but decided to give them another chance.Given my latest experience with this business, I will not be using them again.

Disappointed customer here :( Huge time frame given for delivery (despite ordering weeks in advance) meaning balloons were outside on a hot day.Only a colour guide given by me for a bright bunch of balloons and appears that they have taken advantage of me giving them creative freedom by using up undesirable colours.Balloon quality looks poor compared to balloons pictured on website.Poor customer service when these issues were brought to their attention... they have never responded to my email. Would not recommend these balloons at all!

Luna Balloon Club provided big beautiful bunches of balloons for my wedding and they were perfection. I sent them a picture of the colour and style I wanted and they matched them perfectly! The staff were so helpful and brilliant with communication. 3 days later and the balloons are still going strong in my living room as a lovely reminder of my day :)

Had a wonderful experience getting some balloons delivered with less than 24 hours notice. I called and checked it would be possible in advance and they said it would be no problems at all. Balloons were delivered on time & look fabulous! Thanks very much!
