Sheen Panel Service Kensington

Service was good, they made us sign anagreement to engage a law firm which is at no cost at all to us. We were skeptical at first, but there was no charge to us as they explained. We got a gift pack after the car repair. I would use them again.

I am quite satisfied with the service of the Sheen Panel shop in Kensington. The quote is reasonably priced and provides high-quality services. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My car needed to redo the rear bumper painting as my friend did not do it correctly which caused the paint to pop up and crack. Hopefully, I find Sheen to fix the problems!

On the last day of 2022 there was still a mechanic that could help me. Awesome! I felt sorry for the guy that he had to work but I was really happy that someone was around to help me.It was a 5 minute job but i couldn't do it on my own. So on top of it he charged me nothing!!I can't do anything else then highly recommend this shop.

Great service and a high level of knowledge was desmonstrated by the team. I can not thank them enough for their amazing work!I had my very first car accident and was completely lost. I chose to take my precious BMW Convertible to Sheen Panel due to the amazing reviews. I didnt want to go through insurance or another repairer and have a dodgy patchup job.They made the process a lot easier for me. All they needed was a claim # and they took care of the rest. They also offered me a hire car which was a great help as I needed a car to get to work and get around. I spoke to Michael and Ben throughout the process and I instanty felt a sense of relief as I knew my car was going to be in good hands! They kept me in the loop in regards to the process and took my calls (I called about 6,000 times) and answered all of the questions that I had.My car looks amazing ! - Literally looks better than it did before the accident LOL. They did an amazing job and god forbid if I get into another accident I will be coming back but I will also be referring my friends and family to them.Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service, also provided a loan car which was great. Car came out great and done within a week.

Just collected my Merc GLE from Luke at Sheen Panels that needed a small but an important passenger side mirror replacement quickly. Being 10 days out from Christmas Luke still didn't hesitate to make sure he'd fit me in. Matched Mojave paint perfectly & I returned to have it installed while I waited - amazing service in tough Labour circumstances we are all experiencing. Cant recommend them any higher. Colin.

Front bumper was dislodged in a small accident, took it in to get it checked and make sure there's no bigger damages I couldn't see. Ben looked around the car before fixing the bumper on the spot!Very friendly staff, couldn't recommend more highly.
