A little bit disappointing to be honest. I’ve eaten at Grill’d before and always enjoyed it but today the chips were a bit undercooked and my burger came with Mayo and tomato despite me requesting neither.

The place is nice and warming.We had two burgers (one with beef and one plant based) and chips.The chips were not included with the burgers, we paid that separately.The burger were quite good but the chips were lacking salt. There are several plant based options on the menu.The staff didn't bring any water on the table nor glasses for the Pepsi we ordered.Above all is a nice place

Your customer service is disgusting. How dare you treat people as if they’re lying. You left something out of our order, this was YOUR mistake not mine and it’s not the first time.You need to improve your customer relations.Let’s also add that my husband went out of his way by driving to the store to pick up our missed item (that was for my 14yr olds birthday dinner) and there was no extra compensation for the MISTAKE that THEY made.

Very poor service. Wrong items served after being clearly and correctly ordered. Also attempted to serve us with an already opened bottle of wine which had already had at least one glass served from it. Very hard to attract attention of staff. Required to approach counter to order, but no signage saying so. Would NEVER go there again.

Came in a group when it was very quiet, about 15 minutes before close and our first order came out in a short time with no problems. However, our second order (a simple two burgers and chips), did not come out for nearly half an hour. Could see most of the staff in the kitchen on their phones doing god-knows-what and it took me asking a waiter where our food was for it to be brought out almost instantly (cold). Clearly the food had been ready sitting there for some time, with nobody bothering to take the initiative to have a look who the food belonged to, even though the food had obviously been paid for. I assume the staff probably thought that they had a chance at free food (as the place had actually closed by the time our food arrived!). Wont be returning.

Very disappointed. Their signature fries were dry. The buns were over toasted, probably to make up for the lack of freshness (buns tasted dry). Non-existence service for a dine in. Most likely won’t come again.

Grill'd Eastland is a place that does not disappoint, as their Burgers are great.Well located, Good Ambience and Ample space throughout, Grill'd is a must go to for Lovers of Burgers. Its Staff provide a very friendly service and are attentive to customers needs.

Took my daughter and 3 friends for dinner and they said they were the best burgers they have ever had… Dinner came quite fast and the attendant that served me was lovely. Good Job Grilled Ringwood

First time eating here. Busy dinner time, so needed to be called back after being placed on the waiting list. The number sort of looked like an international phone # so wasn't sure if it was spam.Anyhow, made it there. After more waiting in line and for the food to cook. Was very happy with the Summer Sunset and Melbourne burgers. Chips and zucchini chips weren't great. It was advertised that the zucchini chips had a different new recipe but they were still soggy with oil as per the older style. A tad crunchier with the crumb.

Customer service - 5 starsQuality of food - 5 starsService delivery - 5 starsCleanliness - 5 starsWe ordered mini chicken burger, zucchini chips (awesome and the best of the lot), HFC natural bites, Impossibly simply grilled (vegetarian) and HFC pocket rocket. This place deserves 5 stars compared to the other restaurants in Eastland.Good customer servicing and good value for money. We had the chicken bites and it was so yummy. I would definitely go back there for it again and again.
