JB Hi-Fi

Waited to be helped for 30 minutes being told someone would come help but they kept helping everyone who walked in the store after us first until we just left feeling defeated

Probably the best JBs I've been to. Large, well laid out. We got their first thing on a Sunday morning so place wasn't stampeding and staff were happy and welcoming (ni sign if customer fatigue at that hour!). I was headphone shopping and had the best range, hands down, of any other JBs and a huge number set up to actually try on my noggin. Tops.

Im not one to complain and im usually very chilled and know what to buy when going instore, However this is the second time i wanted to purchase a gaming console and whilst browsing games, Not one sales person acknowledged my nor was it a busy period during the day. I wanted to purchase an Xbox console However thought i might look elsewhere to see if any other deals were on at Eb games. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by two team members asking if i needed assistance right away as i asked what i was after the Eb games team got the item no hassel and provides excellent service. Not to mention prior to this experience I wanted a psvr 2 and more or less same story no service provided by the JB HI FI team so went to Eb games and spent my money there. X2 sales that you guys have lost and im a regular buyer or was one....

Midland Store: What a different JB hifi experience - I was so surprised and impressed. Staff really engaged and helpful (not just the on team member I spoke to but everyone seemed to be on their game). Offers to assist were coming in left and right. JB hi-fi has been a dreaded place to visit until now! JB management should get other stores to train in midland as this is the way shopping in-store is meant to be!!

The young female could not have been less enthused about dealing with me.Why have sales staff who don’t want to make sales.May as well have a bunch of aisles and some check out rows like a Woolies.I’ll stick with the JB across the railway line, their staff have a better attitude.

I can’t understand how they can be so helpful, they never disappoint, last week my jbl flip 6 all of a sudden started sounding muffled, they offered a replacement and even told me that the tweeter’s where out of place. So happy that getting a replacement isn’t hard at all

We were Served by Connor who was very helpful in helping my brother with his faulty headphones and getting a replacement done for him. Excellent service.

Went into JB hi-fi in Midland Gate. What can I say, Customer Service was Outstanding. I was served by Elliot. Elliot was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done Elliot. Your a real asset to the Midland Gate store.

Walked into the store twice tonight and didn’t get served/ acknowledged by absolutely no one . One staff member walked past us, looked the other way and kept walking and i saw all of the staff members except for one had walked out the back of the store. Guess we’ll go elsewhere to purchase the tv we were wanting to buy tonight.
