Needed to get a specific product asap, Travis was super helpful, managed to get it ordered, paid and arranged pick up in the afternoon, during our 5 minute call.I called other places that sold the same product and said they had to order it in and it would take 2 weeks. Saved me lots of time and money as all my tiling was waiting on this one thing (bad organisation on my behalf but Trav helped me out)
