They were prompt in attending my property, but the call out fee was a bit more than I expected and was not disclosed up front. The quote was also higher than I expected for the work that was needed. It's a shame, as they are somewhat local to my property and due to its age, I need a decent plumber.

Unfortunately was 1.5 hours late but not the Plumbers fault. Was unable to rectify my issue first visit and had to return and problem was then rectified. Friendly & courteous and professional however expensive.

Being new to the area I wasn't familiar with the local service providers. Took a punt on Redshaw and do not regret it. Have used them twice now and both times they have responded swiftly, and their agent has been prompt, courteous and efficient.Very happy and, while I hope not to have too many emergencies, now know who to call for any plumbing related needs.

Great service. I called at 8am and had a new water heater installed by lunchtime. The plumbers were excellent and helpful. Highly recommended.
